Due to limited driving experience underage drivers are more likely to be involved in fatal accidents. The immaturity and lack of judgment associated with adolescence can lead to dangerous actions on the road, such as speeding, distracted driving, or impaired driving.
Most countries have laws that set a minimum age for obtaining a driver’s license to address these concerns. Violating these laws can lead to legal consequences and penalties.

Warning by CTO Lahore
The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) has highlighted that accidents are commonly caused by young children. To address this issue, the CTO has announced that motorcycles, cars, and rickshaws driven by minors will be confiscated and taken to the police station. It is crucial for parents to actively discourage their young drivers from operating vehicles, as emphasized by the CTO.
In case of an accident, parents will be held responsible, as stated by the CTO. To prevent any legal consequences, the CTO issued a stern warning that no young driver should be observed driving a car, motorcycle, or rickshaw. Failure to comply with this directive will result in appropriate legal action being taken.
