Sindh Promises Compensation for Citizens
During a press conference held on Thursday, Information and Transport Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon made a significant announcement regarding the victims affected by the unfortunate incidents that occurred on 9 May. He assured the public that the government is actively engaged in providing compensation to those individuals whose motorbikes were tragically destroyed. The minister emphasized the government’s commitment to supporting the surviving families during this challenging time.

Furthermore, Minister Memon strongly condemned any actions that involved damaging public property. He made it clear that such behavior will not be tolerated, and appropriate measures will be taken to ensure justice is served. The police have been instructed to take immediate action against those responsible for damaging the People Bus Service, and FIRs (First Information Reports) will be filed against the rioters.
